Fix pyopencl "PLATFORM_NOT_FOUND_KHR" in OpenSuSe Tumbleweed

sudo ln -s /usr/share/OpenCL /etc/OpenCL

Why?

By default, almost every libraries which should be in /etc/ on other distros are packed to /usr/share/ in OpenSuSe. This is the SuSe way :3
